Students who are not able to cross the Russian border and students in 14-day quarantine can study remotely mostly using the distance-learning platform Moоdle (vec.etu.ru). To do that, you have to create a student account. The distance-learning period will end for each student upon completion of the 14-day quarantine in Saint Petersburg. The quarantine is mandatory for each student crossing the border. We understand the difficulties you have to face when buying tickets to Saint Petersburg, so we will wait for you however long it takes.

If you still have not received any updates from your professors, we kindly ask you to inform the Department of Education of that fact via depobr@etu.ru. Your message should contain the number of your group, name and surname, the course, and the name of the professor (if you are aware of it).

We kindly inform you that all international students arriving from abroad have their passes blocked to enter the university for the period of self-isolation (14 days after arrival to the Russian Federation).

If your pass is blocked, and you need to enter the university to study after going through self-isolation or to solve migration issues before self-isolation, please go to the room D301 (entrance from Prof. Popova str., 5 in the building 2 next to the main gate) to clarify the situation and unlock the pass.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, from 10.00 to 17.00.

You can also clarify the situation by writing to our email address navigator@etu.ru or by calling International Students Office 234-35-23.
