The students also visited the Russia Expo. In the ATOM Pavilion they looked into the history of nuclear science and learnt about the possibilities and prospects of the nuclear field in both today’s world and the world of the future.

The Winter School culminated in the HackAtom competition. Split into several teams, the participants had to develop and present their own projects related to nuclear technology promotion. Two winning teams had ETU “LETI” students on them.

The International Winter School “Obninsk.Tex Winter School 2024” was held by the International Research and Educational Center “Obninsk.Tech” in the MEPhI Obninsk Institute for Nuclear Power Engineering in association with ROSATOM.
