ETU "LETI" extends the distance learning period
By order of Viktor Sheludko, Rector of ETU "LETI," students will continue their studies remotely without visiting the university campus from April 6, 2020.
The document prescribes that students of all education forms will continue the educational process remotely from April 6, 2020. Relevant disciplines and modules within educational programs and tests will be carried out exclusively using distance learning technologies. The order also prescribes that training, experience, and pre-graduation internships will be carried out remotely.
In the period from April 6 to April 30, 2020, the access of students to the university campus will be suspended.
During this period, university employees and students are obliged to limit their inter-regional movement.
During the period from April 4 to 30, 2020, the presence of employees at workplaces at the university campus should be excluded as far as possible. As many employees as possible will switch to remote work.
Exceptions are employees whose presence in the workplace is critical to the operation of the university. Their number will be determined by the heads of departments. Pregnant women, women with children under 14 years of age, workers over 65 years of age, workers with chronic diseases will be excluded from the list of such workers; these categories of workers are required to observe the self-isolation mode from April 4 to 30, 2020.
The research will be continued with measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus disease and mainly remotely.
