Honorary title "Honorary Professor of St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University"

The title of Honorary Professor of ETU "LETI" (hereinafter – "Honorary Professor") is awarded by the Academic Council of the University to Russian and foreign citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development of higher education in the areas of science and technology, training in which is carried out at the university.

A nomination for the award of the honorary title "Honorary Professor" may come from the academic councils of the university faculties and from other Russian and foreign scientific and educational organizations and must be accompanied by a detailed description of the candidate's activities.

The conferment of the title is certified by an entry in the book "Honorary Professors of St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" named after V.I. Ulyanov (Lenin)", a diploma and a badge, which the rector of the university presents to the newly elected Honorary Professor at a meeting of the University Academic Council.
