SPITSE
The project SPITSE is the trilateral Strategic Partnership of engineering research departments of Ilmenau University of Technology (Germany), St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" (Russia), and the National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute" (Russia) for joint education and research.

The project SPITSE was launched in March 2013 and has been implemented with a support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
The International Scientific Symposium "Sense. Enable. SPITSE." is the main annual event of the Strategic Partnership. The Symposium combines a Scientific Conference and a Summer School for young researchers.
The goal of the SPITSE Symposium is to bring together researchers (especially young ones) working in different areas related to the global field of sensors, sensor networks, and their applications; to provide them with a platform for sharing results, knowledge dissemination, discussion and networking; to strengthen existing cooperation and to foster new joint research activity in the field.
