Expert and educator in QM and other management systems having a vast experience in their introduction in companies: IATF 16949 (auto components), AS 9100D (aerospace), ISO 22000 (food industry), ISO/IEC 17025 (testing laboratories), ISO/TS 22163 (railway transport components), Gazprom service stations, ISO 9001. He also introduces management systems and instruments in companies: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, G8D, Kaizen, LP and others. Associate Professor in LETI.

Vladislav Ten
In 2005 started with first jobs in auto business, has been managing car service stations since 2011, building his career from a head of a service station to the top manager of the service station networks (current position). In 2018 – 2021 - head of the EuroAuto Academy – training center for mechanics and service persons.

Aigul Petrova
Since graduation in 1996 as the information measurement engineer, Ms. Petrova combines teaching with business and research activities. Her 20-year experience in business includes international production companies, e.g. Smurfit Kappa and Alutech group of companies, where she held top management positions in HR and customer relations. The focus of her PhD work is the artificial neural networks for the automation of industrial technological processes. She has the MBA degree of LETI and l’Université. Catholique de Louvain and teaches the following disciplines: algorithms for non-standard problem solutions, human resource management, business communications and marketing.

Olga Artamonova
Olga Artamonova graduated from the Tambov State Technical University in 2011 with a degree in Standardization and Certification, and for more than 10 years she worked as the quality assurance officer in different companies, including automotive components manufacturing, food industry and services. Her main research competence is the personnel knowledge management and methods of product quality assurance in the QMS of a company. Doctor of Economics, Ms. Artamonova teaches lean production systems and management theory in the St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI”.

Olga Erochkina
O.A. Erochkina has a PhD in sociology. Her main professional interests are related to the research of practical leadership, quality management systems, business communications in organizations. Her professional activity is based on practical work experience in the field of higher and continuing education and in the construction of oil and gas pipelines. She engaged in the implementation of a quality management system in educational organizations, was an expert of the MBA programs and organizer of international educational projects for managers of Russian companies.
Being a Dr. of sociology and associate professor in LETI, she teaches the discipline “Effective leadership”.

Anna Kuzmina
Anna Kuzmina is a Doctor of Economics and Associate Professor of St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI". Though her main professional interests are PR and marketing, she has ten years of work and teaching experience in the field of IT, digital, telecommunications and advertising.
Participant of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program, Ms. Kuzmina delivered lectures in the ZIBAT Institute, Denmark.

Maria Kossukhina
Having graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics in 2011 as the informatics-economist, Ms. Kossukhina continued her postgraduate studies in mathematical and instrumental methods in economics.
Main direction of her research work is the investment attractiveness of innovative research and development, marketing driven by the digital economy. 2013 candidate of economic sciences. Dr. of economics and associate professor, she teaches marketing of innovations, project management, mathematical methods and models in economics.
